Older building but we'll maintained. Own/ manager lives on property. A friendly face after a rough day. Better facility than more expensive ones nearby. Not near highway or airport noises.
I will give it four stars overall. Not necessarily for the Inn/ Motel. The rooms and service were average at best. But there is a phenomenal Bakery around the corner, which I discovered while leaving Sunday Morning. Everything from pastries and breakfast sandwiches along with Cafe seating, as well as baked goods (I.e. cakes) and hoagies to go. Also, it is near a nice plaza with quality grocery store, tanning salon, etc. Overall, it felt safe and was very affordable. So I will award the Latham Inn 4 stars, as its location really bolsters the overall experience.
I stay in 163 and it's one of the best local and very inexpensive places I ever stayed at. Family oriented and customer service a plus, very rare. Plus to top it off clean and right next to a hoping restaurant, The Philly bar and grill which is on Saturdays packed but with social distance. If you are looking for a place located near bus and alot of business, with great atomosphere, than this is the place for you. Thank you Latham inn for being so Awesome .

I feel like people have odd expectations. You are getting a room for $80 a night in Latham no less and somehow you expect it to be the Holiday Inn. For us the room was fine and yes there are some shady people but I have to tell you the restaurant right next to it is too norch.
Large rooms. Very clean. Very comfortable. Nice owners. Great value.
I recommend this place. The place is always clean , the beds are comfortable, if you need anything they will get it for you. It's In a very good location close to shopping and dining.
